Condition Potential Realization Service (CPRS) was started by longtime professional comic book retailer, enthusiast, and archivist Phil Schlaefer. Phil is well known in the comic book and original art hobby with over 35 years under his belt. He attends an average of 20 conventions a year and established the well known stores The Comic Collector Shop and Heroes in California.

Our offices are located in Sunnyvale, California. We welcome any questions you may have in person, on the phone, or online. Aside from this base of operations, Phil will also be attending large and small conventions all across the country where you can submit books directly. CPRS is a division of Champion Comics.
